Concreet rekruteer je arbeidersprofielen, fungeer je als schakel tussen klant en uitzendkracht, plan je bezetting en verzorg je contracten. Je bereidt nieuwe uitzendkrachten voor met gepaste kleding en gedrags- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
