Syndicate is hiring an AI Data Analyst to join the Customer Experience team. You’ll surface insights from conversations to guide CS and Product, and proactively improve the customer journey with AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll own patterns, prioritize fixes, and help scale support as we grow our SaaS platform. English fluency is required;
Dutch or French are a plus, and prior Zendesk/Intercom experience is helpful.
