Job Overview

As part of Edenred BeLux, you will be working as a Data Analyst in our Tech Data Team. The Data Team creates data products on the Global Edenred Azure Data Platform, builds data sets, provides strategic dashboards and reports in Power BI, and enables self‑service reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and organize data in an efficient, compliant, and secure manner (pricing analytics, client/merchant segmentation, business review reporting).
  • Perform business analysis and modeling: understand, document, support, and analyze procedures supporting business functions across departments.
  • Manage data accessibility, retrievability, and security for specific data subsets.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria with key users, product owners, product managers, and business sponsors.
  • Participate in development and implementation, lead validation efforts with end users, and support team members in each sprint.
  • Provide application support and customer service support; take responsibility for production changes and test business processes and applications.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or business process management; experience in financial services or consulting preferred.
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (and/or Tableau), including DAX and SQL.
  • Comfortable with statistical data analysis: data exploration, hypothesis testing, data quality assessment through statistical analysis.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into tasks and implement them in the analysis process.
  • Basic understanding of data security and legislation (GDPR) and data collection and management.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capacities, communication and presentation skills, and customer orientation.
  • Capacity to lead through challenging situations.

  • Permanent contract (38 hours per week).

    Brussels (Auderghem). Option to work remotely up to two days a week with manager approval, with a homeworking allowance of 115 €.
