Here is an overview of your daily tasks:

• Depending on your experience you will lead or support BCO implementations and optimizations for our customers and guide them in finding the best solutions for their requirements. This includes analyzing, designing, configuring processes, testing, training customers,…
• Together with our sales team, you are involved in pre-sales processes and will build a sustainable, long-term relationship with our clients via our projects.
• You will continue developing your own knowledge and embrace the latest technologies.
• You take professional responsibility and contribute to your further development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to assess their logistics and supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement through our ERP-solution.
• Following up the planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of our ERP-system for logistics modules. (Warehouse management, Transport Management, Forwarding)
• Analyze current logistics workflows and design optimized processes using ERP functionalities.
• Translates the customer needs into the solution
• Proposes workarounds for unsupported (part of) processes
• Train end-users on ERP functionality and provide ongoing support during post-implementation phases.
• Ensure the developed solution matches the customers’ expectations.
• Validates the solution.
• Takes care of data migration
• Collaborate with IT, procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems across business functions.

We are looking for:

• You already have 3 or more years of experience with ERP-implementation as a consultant or BCO/NAV Key-user field and know the integration to other NAV modules.
• You can combine your knowledge of business processes and digital technology with excellent communication skills.
• You love working with people from diverse cultures and supporting them in achieving their professional goals.
• You have an international mindset in a B2B context and have an excellent knowledge of Dutch/French and English.
• You are open to short trips abroad.
• You are motivated to contribute to Navitrans’s further growth together with our passionate team.
