Accounting Consultant (H​/F

As an Accounting Consultant, your primary mission is to support our clients in the digital transformation of their internal accounting processes. You will act as a strategic expert, translating complex financial needs into concrete solutions within Odoo, while ensuring compliance with Belgian legislation.

Your role combines functional consulting, technical expertise, and human support to ensure end-to-end implementation success.

Challenge clients existing financial processes to integrate them effectively into Odoo, and translate their requirements into configuration or development tasks.

Support the client throughout the implementation phase, lead functional training sessions, and stay constantly up to date with accounting legislation.

Manage client data imports, perform functional testing, and ensure every project stage is rigorously documented.

Actively participate in sales initiatives with existing clients and prospects to promote our digital transformation solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Highly proficient with IT tools and digital environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex processes.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

• A good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset for this position.
