Work Smarter BU (Teamleader, Yuki, Admin Pulse)
You’ll be joining Teamleader, Yuki and Admin Pulse
: three SaaS companies with offices in Ghent, Antwerpen and Barcelona, part of the international Visma group. We're growing, and our IT landscape is growing with us. It's time to give it a dedicated owner.
You become the central point of contact for everything IT for our 300+ colleagues across our offices. From making sure a new hire has the right laptop on day one, to keeping our devices up to date, to maintaining our office infrastructure. You work independently, but you're embedded in the People team, close to onboarding, offboarding and the day-to-day employee experience.
This is a hands-on role. You solve problems yourself where you can, and you know when and where to elevate when you can't.
Your Role at YukiAs our IT Coordinator
, your mission is to own IT across our companies and offices, from the laptop on someone's desk to the decisions that shape how the whole group works. Right now this sits a little bit with HR, a little bit with finance, a little bit with engineering. You're the person who brings it all together.
Hardware lifecycle
Set and maintain our device standards: the right specs per role and platform (Windows and Mac), and keep our standard models current, so the office team can buy and set up a device that works for each new hire from day one
Act as second line on hardware: pick up the problems the office team can't resolve, spot recurring failures before they spread, and keep the full lifecycle healthy (purchasing, setup, repairs, returns)
Set the standard for returning and shared devices: what gets wiped and redeployed, what gets recycled, and make sure the loaner pool is set up properly as shared devices
Support
Be the second line of support for our colleagues with hard/software support, in close collaboration with the office team, that picks up first questions.
Own the escalation path to Visma IT and follow tickets through to resolution
Office IT
Keep office infrastructure running: wifi, meeting room setups, audiovisual and event tech
Monitor and improve wifi coverage, and manage the relationship with installers and providers
Stay on top of new workplace technology and replace what's outdated
Tools and policy
Advise on tool selection and subscription models across the group
Help draft and maintain IT and tool usage policies
Roll out group-wide tooling: advise on architecture, monitor usage/set-up / maintenance (slack, notion, gdrive,...)
A few years of experience in IT support, workplace IT, or system administration, ideally in a scale-up or multi-entity environment.
Comfortable across Google Workspace, Intune (or a similar MDM), identity management tooling, Notion, and both Windows and Mac environments.
A fixer at heart: you'd rather solve the problem today than log a ticket and wait, and you can prioritise clearly when everyone comes to you at once.
You structure your own work across multiple companies and offices without day-to-day direction, and you're mobile between our Ghent and Antwerp offices (with a few trips a year to Barcelona and other locations).
You communicate clearly and approachably with non-technical colleagues.
English is a must, and Dutch is a big plus.Nice to have: network and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, plus audiovisual and meeting-room tech experience.
