You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for migrating customers from companies that Deel has acquired, to the Deel platform and operational processes. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by Project Managing these migrations, providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues.

Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel. You will facilitate on-time onboarding through project management of all stakeholders involved including regular status reporting, task tracking and resource management. This is a client facing role requiring high levels of organisation, strong customer facing skills and the ability to navigate complexity and change management with ease.
