Senior Claims Handler

we are looking for a Senior Claims Handler to support hospitalisation insurance operations. The role focuses on end-to-end claim handling with strong attention to customer experience, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage hospitalisation insurance claims from intake to settlement
• Analyse claim declarations and supporting documentation
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant claim processing
• Handle customer communication in a clear and service-oriented manner
• Identify and resolve claim-related issues proactively
• Process attestations and execute claim payouts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim follow-up

• 5+ years of experience in insurance claims handling
• Strong background in life or hospitalisation insurance
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment

• Working knowledge of French
• Experience in large insurance or financial institutions
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
