Job Profile
- Provide technical and organizational support to customers, external sales, project managers, and installers to ensure projects run smoothly and accurately.
- Prepare complete files, collect necessary documentation, and closely monitor deadlines to achieve accurate and competitive bids.
- Advise on the most suitable filter solutions based on plan studies, technical data, and customer needs.
- Prepare full quotations, including pricing and accompanying technical specifications, datasheets, and explanations.
- Act as a bridge between teams and ensure efficient information exchange.
- Respond in an accurate and customer-focused way to inquiries over (phone, written and digital).
- Align technical information, schedules, Technical Inside Sales and priorities so projects start and progress efficiently.
- Gather relevant technical content and provide accurate input to customers or project partners.
- Monitor the process from price request → quote → order → invoice and ensure accurate administrative handling.
- Handle incoming complaints, follow up on actions, and communicate transparently with all parties involved.
- Proven experience in HVAC, Facility Management or another technical environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in HVAC, Facility Management, or another technical environment.
- Proficiency in Dutch, French and English is essential.
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy, with experience in Excel, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Solution- and result-oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, responsible and a strong team player. Able to work autonomously.
- Ability to maintain oversight and deliver quality even in busy and demanding situations. Organized approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
