Customer security engineer; pentest

As our first Customer Security Engineer (pentest), you will own the end-to-end delivery of white‑glove pentesting services by guiding customers before, during, and after tests and turning findings into clear, actionable next steps.

• Guide customers end‑to‑end through their pentests (before, during, and after), helping them get maximum value from the product and ensuring smooth, high‑quality engagements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, answering deep technical questions around test setups, scope, results and validating potential false positives.
• Translate findings into action, advising customers on how to prioritize and effectively remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a way that fits their architecture and development workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the AI pentesting team, feeding real‑world customer insights back into the product to improve accuracy, usability, and impact.

• Hands‑on pentesting experience
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Strong application or infrastructure security skills
• Clear communicator, technical but human
• OSCP, OSWE, CREST, or similar is a plus
