We are looking for a creative, Belgium-savvy English Teaching Content Creator to produce short, engaging videos that help Belgian audiences master practical, real-world English. You will create fun, easy-to-understand content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. Success in this role means consistently producing relatable videos that address the specific linguistic nuances of Belgian learners (both Flemish and French speakers), driving massive engagement and interest in our language-learning app.

• Content Creation: Create short, vertical English-learning videos tailored specifically for Belgian audiences.
• Targeted Learning: Teach natural conversational phrases, professional business English, idioms, and pronunciation. Focus on the specific pitfalls Belgian learners face—such as correcting "Belgicismes" or literal translations from French/Dutch, distinguishing accent differences, and building professional fluency for international career environments.
• Video Production: Film and edit clear, high-quality, and engaging vertical videos.
• Trend Leveraging: Follow provided content briefs while also suggesting original concepts, utilizing current social media trends, hooks, captions, and localized Belgian humor or cultural references (e.g., regional divides, work culture in Brussels, or student life).
• Consistency: Submit content on a reliable schedule and make reasonable revisions based on performance data and team feedback.

  Near-native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication and pronunciation. Native or highly fluent command of both French and Dutch (Flemish) is highly preferred to effectively teach both major Belgian demographics.

• On-Camera Presence: Comfortable, energetic, and highly engaging when speaking and appearing on camera.
• Platform Expertise: Deeply familiar with Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and the mechanics of short-form video algorithms.
• Pedagogical Clarity: Able to break down complex English phrasing or grammar rules into simple, digestible explanations that resonate with both Romance (French) and Germanic (Dutch) language learners.
• Professionalism: Reliable, creative, self-motivated, and responsive to feedback.
• Preferred:
