• PhD research on a subject of your choice, in consultation with the professors of the Institute of Criminal Law.
• Limited educational support in Leuven and Hasselt.
• You have a master's degree in Law.
• You obtained excellent study results.
• You are curious, creative and independent.
• You are interested in legal research.
• Good communication and drafting skills are an asset.
• You are a team player.
• You have excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of other languages is considered an asset.

We offer an employment as full-time PhD scholarship holder (appointment of 1 year, renewable up to 4 years).
