As a Transportation Administrator, you will play a key operational and administrative role in the organization of international shipments for our Proton Therapy centers worldwide.
You will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Projects, Procurement, Production, and Installation teams, as well as with external logistics providers and subcontractors across the globe.
From the early project feasibility phase to equipment delivery and installation, you will help ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze transportation requests and gather all necessary information to ensure efficient and compliant execution
- Manage the full Request for Quotation (RFQ) process with carriers and subcontractors, including offer comparison and selection based on cost, lead time, and service quality
- Plan, organize, and book transport operations, considering operational priorities, deadlines, and regulatory constraints
- Coordinate and monitor transport execution, adjusting planning based on workload and urgencies while ensuring accurate and timely status updates
- Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and subcontractors, and handle incidents, claims, and queries (freight, insurance, suppliers) with proper follow-up
- Ensure compliance with import/export and customs regulations by applying the relevant procedures
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP in line with transportation activities
- Review, validate, and process transport invoices within agreed timelines
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transportation processes
You have
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Junior profile with ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation
- A first professional experience in an international logistics environment is considered an asset
- Knowledge of Incoterms is a strong plus
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Good command of Excel and general administrative tools
- SAP knowledge is an asset

- A fixed-term contract (CDD) of 1 year
