As a Logistics Assistant in our Samples team, you’ll play a central role in keeping our laboratories running. By managing samples from reception to archiving, you directly support reliable analytical results and the safe development of medicines that matter to patients worldwide.

• Ensuring full traceability of samples from reception to archiving
• Safeguarding the physical integrity of samples and compliance with storage conditions
• Making samples available to laboratory teams in line with agreed timelines
• Coordinating sample deposits in sample libraries and stability storage with the laboratory
• Managing the archiving or destruction of remaining samples in a proactive way
• Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Carrying out inventories and ensuring accurate follow-up
• Contributing to the day-to-day management of logistics equipment

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, medical administrative studies or a scientific field
• Initial experience in a similar logistics role in a regulated environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A structured approach to planning and task follow-up
• The ability to work autonomously while communicating clearly with the team
• A service-oriented mindset towards internal and external customers
• Ease with digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and internal systems
• Knowledge of GxP standards and comfort working with procedures and documentation
• Written and spoken English at A2 level
