Jobomschrijving- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via mail en telefoon
- Coördineren en opvolgen van transport‑ en logistieke dossiers
- Proactief communiceren over leveringen, vertragingen en oplossingen
- Nauwe samenwerking met interne afdelingen zoals planning en warehouse
- Correct verwerken van gegevens in het systeem (orders, klachten, dossiers)
- Meezoeken naar optimalisaties in processen en klantbeleving
