As a Project Temperature Strategy & Execution Lead
, you will support our clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry by ensuring excellence in clinical supply chain temperature management and distribution strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and implement temperature management strategies for clinical supply chain activities.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, Quality, and Regulatory requirements throughout clinical supply distribution.
• Act as the subject matter expert for temperature excursions, passive shipper strategy, and audit readiness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize temperature‑controlled distribution processes.
• Coordinate passive shipper sourcing and support global distribution activities.
• Investigate temperature‑related issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new clinical studies, supply strategies, and business initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence by managing projects and promoting best practices across the organization.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science is required.
• Master’s Degree and/or related supply chain certification is preferred (e.g., APICS).
• At least 5 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Logistics, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, temperature‑controlled distribution, and clinical supply processes.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
