As a Project Temperature Strategy & Execution Lead
, you will support our clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry by ensuring excellence in clinical supply chain temperature management and distribution strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and implement temperature management strategies for clinical supply chain activities.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, Quality, and Regulatory requirements throughout clinical supply distribution.
- Act as the subject matter expert for temperature excursions, passive shipper strategy, and audit readiness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize temperature‑controlled distribution processes.
- Coordinate passive shipper sourcing and support global distribution activities.
- Investigate temperature‑related issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new clinical studies, supply strategies, and business initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence by managing projects and promoting best practices across the organization.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science is required.
- Master’s Degree and/or related supply chain certification is preferred (e.g., APICS).
- At least 5 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Logistics, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of GxP, temperature‑controlled distribution, and clinical supply processes.
- Experience leading cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
