As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll join a small team that works closely with manufacturing sites and cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvement projects across our European operations.

• Dive deep into Sonoco’s end-to-end supply chain processes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and costs
• Support and lead strategic improvement projects
• Explore and support the use of digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve supply chain performance.
• Drive change management initiatives and support teams through transformation
• Build expertise in Oracle ERP and other key planning systems
• Ensure high-quality and reliable supply chain data across the business

• Hold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Enjoy solving problems and turning data into actionable insights
• Have strong analytical and project management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to change
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well with different stakeholders
• Show initiative and a strong sense of ownership
• Speak fluent English
• Have experience with ERP systems (a plus, not a requirement)
• Most importantly, you’re eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
