Electrical Technician – Site Supervisor

We are a growing B2B enterprise offering sustainability projects, including EV charging infrastructure, installation of solar panels, electrical projects, battery storage, and integrated energy solutions.

To strengthen our complementary team, we are looking for Electrical Technician – Site Supervisor.

As a site supervisor, you work in a team of technicians, engineers, and project managers. You are responsible for leading and coordinating construction sites. During the project, you oversee the technicians and subcontractors.

• You are the coordinator of an assigned worksite. You are responsible for leading and coordinating that job site.
• Installing new technical installations or optimizing existing ones

Installing lighting systems, intrusion detection, and fire detection systems

Installing EV charging infrastructure and security systems (CCTV)

On-call interventions as required

• Acting as the central point of contact between technicians, client, project manager and subcontractors
• Ensure the realization with our team realisation
• Provide technical support where needed
• Quality control and ensure safety
• Allocate technical, material and financial resources based on the execution plans.
• Present the site

• Solid electrical knowledge
• Planning, organizing and decision making skills
• Bachelor's degree in electricity or have relevant experience
• Interpreting electrical diagrams/floor plans and adept at working with computer programs
• Lead people in a focused and supportive manner
• A proactive individual who ensures results and solutions, embodying a hands-on mentality
• Prioritize quality and can lead a construction site in Dutch, French, and English
• A valid driver's license B

• Experience with technical drawing
