Amano Europe, headquartered in Genk, Belgium, is a leading provider of mobility projects and solutions. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage key projects within the Benelux region and contribute to our continued success.

The Role

You will be accountable for the successful execution of a portfolio of mobility projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and in scope. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective stakeholder communication to drive projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily management and end-to-end delivery of Amano mobility projects across the Benelux region.
  • Coordinate and supervise projects from start to completion, managing internal and external stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Manage and mentor the technical support and installation team, providing guidance and support.
  • Support the commercial team during the submission of tenders and quotations.
  • Liaise effectively between clients, colleagues, and external parties, building strong relationships.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, deadlines, and contractual obligations, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
  • Oversee the complete testing lifecycle, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Facilitate comprehensive training sessions with customers and users to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Initiate and manage the go-live phase of projects.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, focusing on risk and budget management, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in people management or a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience with the integration of APIs.
  • Technical Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Multilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
Preferred
  • Experience specifically with parking projects and solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • Relevant professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
