Logistics Team Leader F​/M​/X

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and team development for our client. You will be entrusted with leading a diverse group of warehouse professionals, ensuring that shipping processes run smoothly and safely, and that every team member is empowered to contribute to the department’s goals.

Your leadership will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, making a tangible impact on both the team and the client’s business. By leveraging your organizational skills and people-oriented approach, you will help create an environment where efficiency, safety, and innovation are at the forefront of daily operations.

• Manage approximately 40 warehouse employees in collaboration with fellow team leaders
• Oversee the correct execution of the shipping process and ensure safety on the work floor
• Ensure efficient deployment of employees through strong people skills
• Conduct performance reviews and prepare staff planning
• Actively participate in team leader and team board meetings
• Initiate improvements on the work floor and contribute to departmental objectives

• Secondary ASO/TSO diploma obtained or equivalent through experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a logistics team leader
• You speak English fluently, and have a solid command of the Dutch language
• Good technical insight and basic computer skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (early and late) and on weekends
• Leadership talent and strong people skills
• Strong organizational skills and creative problem-solving abilities
• Perseverance and ability to set priorities You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety
