DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - What you will do every dayAs a People Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store performance and inspiring your team to excel. From day one, you will have a direct impact on store success and team development. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Monitoring Sales and Productivity:
Drive sales performance and improve productivity. - Strategic Planning:
Analyse data to create effective strategies for the store. - Operational Management:
Oversee all operational and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency. - Team Motivation and Leadership:
