As a Supply Chain and Project Delivery Manager , you will be responsible for leading the Customer Project coordination team by successfully planning and delivering the equipment on proton therapy site on time, at cost and at quality to ensure their successful conclusion.
Key responsibilitiesManage and Develop Team Members:
- Conduct appraisals, set individual objectives,identify development needs, and follow up on career progression.
- Share vision andobjectiveswith the team, ensuring performance and development management is documented and implemented.
Coordinate Team Activities and Organization:
- Plan andallocateresources, organize missions, and ensure activities are implemented on time with required levels of compliance, quality, and technical performance.
- Adapt to organizational changes through coordination and follow-up plans
- Create and develop new processand KPI in the team to improve efficiency and quality
Perform Equipment budget forecast in collaboration with Financial Business performance team.
Improve and Implement Tools, Procedures, and Processes:
- Document and ensure adherence to tools, procedures, and processes within the team.
- Ensure the training and certification of team members by supporting the training department, defining training content, and providing effective follow-up ontrainings.
Act as Interface and Facilitator:
- Maintain efficient relationships with related departments and act as a point of contact.
- Analyze issuesimpactingprojects andimplementappropriate solutions, documenting reported problems and solutions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Document global activities, improvement plans, and actions with the required level of detail and accuracy.
- Provide management with proper reporting tofacilitatedecision-making and activity monitoring.
Participate in Strategy Elaboration:
- Share appropriate inputsand data with management to develop the best strategies and define relevant objectives.
- Discuss anticipation strategy in the S&OP cycle to secure future deals in terms of workload, procurement, etc.
You have
- A master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or a leading role.
- Experience with an ERP (knowledge of SAP is an asset).
- Strong knowledge in English and French.
And you are
- Experienced in People Management:
Skills in managing and developing team members is a strong asset. - Solution-Oriented:
Able to bring efficient solutions and resolve operational issues effectively. - Capable of Managing Pressure and Timing:
Experience in operational project management is essential. - Assertive, Diplomatic and Customer Oriented:
Able to set limits constructively, understand needs, and provide alternative solutions.
