Operations Manager
The General Manager (GM) leads a small, flexible team (initially 6–7 employees) and directly manages the Laboratory Manager, the Customer Care & Administration Responsible and the Quality Responsible. The GM acts as the commercial head of the entity, responsible for client acquisition, business development, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Support for business development will be provided occasionally by the Group’s International Sales Coordinator and sales colleagues from other Primoris entities.
Given Primoris' lean structure, the GM is expected to be hands‑on and versatile, actively contributing to daily operations when needed — including understanding laboratory workflows and assisting during high workloads or staff absences.
The GM reports directly to the CEO of Primoris Group and will work closely with Group management and technical experts in Belgium and other entities for operational, financial, and quality support.
