“There is a keen focus on continuous professional development, and for me, gaining experience across multiple sectors has been a great opportunity to diversify my skillset and progress my career. I started in civils and infrastructure, and have since been actively involved on large-scale commercial, student accommodation and residential projects, where I provide cost advice and guidance to both public and private sector clients.”

“The career path is structured as you are on the APC or other industry equivalents almost immediately, which is a great way to track progress. I consistently got clear guidance and regular feedback from mentors, plus questions were always welcome, so that really helps.”
