** Your role :
** We are looking for an experienced
** Senior Program Manager
** to independently lead and oversee
** multiple complex projects and programs
** within a dynamic and highly regulated Life Sciences environment. As a senior delivery leader, you will act as a key counterpart to executive stakeholders, provide strategic direction, and ensure consistent delivery of measurable business outcomes across  this role, you will demonstrate
** advanced program management expertise, strong leadership presence, and deep industry understanding**, enabling you to manage large‐scale initiatives, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across business and technical domains.
** Your responsibilities

** across all initiatives under your responsibility
* Manage
** significant budgets**, resource planning, and capacity allocation across cross‐functional and multidisciplinary teams
* Design, implement, and maintain
** robust governance structures
** to support decision‐making, transparency, and escalation management
* Build and maintain
** stakeholder alignment at senior and executive levels**, influencing decisions and resolving complex escalations
* Lead complex issue resolution across programs, balancing regulatory, operational, and business constraints
* Coach, mentor, and develop

Your profile
* Master’s degree in
** Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field**
* ** 8+ years of experience
** in project and program management, with a proven track record leading
** complex, multi‐stakeholder programs
*** Confirmed
** industry experience in Life Sciences or pharmaceuticals**, with strong subject‐matter expertise
* Demonstrated capability to deliver
** transformation initiatives**, including cross‐functional and cross‐domain programs
* Advanced mastery of
** program and project management methodologies**, governance models, and delivery frameworks
* Strong
** leadership and influencing skills**, with the ability to engage and challenge executive stakeholders
* Extensive experience managing
** budgets, resources, interdependencies, and portfolio‐level execution
