About the role
At Securitas Technology, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale security and technology programs across Belgium.
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of complex projects with budgets exceeding €10M while leading a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Project Leaders, engineers, subcontractors, and operational stakeholders.
You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance, governance, and people management across multiple programs and technologies.
This role requires a strong leader with extensive project management experience, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive teams, processes, and customer relationships in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee multiple strategic projects and programs simultaneously
- Ensure successful delivery within scope, planning, budget, quality, and safety requirements
- Manage complex programs with budgets exceeding €10M
- Define and monitor project governance, KPIs, reporting structures, and operational priorities
- Drive risk management, escalation management, and decision‑making processes
- Ensure proper project execution methodologies are applied across all projects
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and operational coordination
- Guarantee high‑quality project handovers and operational readiness documentation (ORA)
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Project Managers / Project Leaders and operational contributors
- Support team development, performance management, mentoring, and succession planning
- Foster collaboration, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team
- Ensure workload balancing and operational efficiency across the department
- Act as an escalation point and provide guidance on complex customer or operational situations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders
- Act as executive SPOC for critical customer programs and escalations
- Lead internal and external steering committees (Steer Co)
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Engineering, Operations, and external partners
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long‑term partnership development
- Monitor program P&L, forecasting, profitability, invoicing, and financial performance
- Validate and challenge supplier and subcontractor costs
- Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Ensure governance compliance, quality standards, and information security requirements
- Identify business growth, up‑selling, and cross‑selling opportunities
- Drive optimization and standardization of internal project management processes
- Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and organizational improvements
- Ensure adherence to ISO
9001, ISO
27001, safety, and governance standards
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Project or Program Management
- Proven experience managing large and complex programs
- Experience in people management and team leadership is mandatory
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, ICT, Telecommunications, Electronics, or equivalent experience
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI, or equivalent certification required
- ITIL certification or strong knowledge is an asset
- Intermediate knowledge of ISO
27001 and governance standards - Experience with in ICT, physical security, or technology‑driven environments
- Strong understanding of operational and financial project management
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Strong leadership and communication skills
