Functieomschrijving
- Je stuurt het volledige drive-in team aan en creëert een positieve, motiverende werkdynamiek.
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking , inclusief ontvangst van goederen, stockbeheer, leveringen en kassaprocessen.
- Je analyseert verkoopresultaten en KPI’s en stuurt gericht bij waar dat nodig is.
- Je werkt nauw samen met logistiek, aankoop en marketing om acties, promo’s en commerciële initiatieven tot een succes te maken.
- Je waarborgt een nette, veilige en overzichtelijke omgeving voor klanten én medewerkers.
- Je stelt een efficiënte personeelsplanning op en zorgt voor de juiste opleiding van je teamleden.
- Je rapporteert aan de Winkeldirecteur en werkt in tandem met de Store Manager.
- Je springt bij op de werkvloer wanneer het druk is en werkt zonder moeite zowel binnen als buiten.
