Thisrolewillberesponsiblefordrivingprocurementstrategy,commercial excellence,supplierengagement,contract negotiations,andprojectprocurementgovernancewhileworkingcloselywith
Engineering,Project Management,Finance,Legal,Quality,EHS,and Operation steams.
Thesuccessfulconsultantwillensureprocurementisembeddedthroughouttheprojectlifecycleandsupportsthedeliveryofcomplexglobalinvestmentprogrammes.Requirements
- ExtensiveexperiencedeliveringprocurementformajorCAPEX,engineering,construction,orinfrastructureprojects.
- Strongunderstandingofprojectprocurementplanning,sourcingstrategy,supplier management,andcontractlifecyclemanagement.
- Provenexperiencesupportinghigh-valueinvestmentprogrammeswithinhighlyregulatedenvironments.
- Experienceworkingacrosscross-functionalteamsincluding
Engineering,Finance,Legal,Project Controls,Quality,and Operations. - Abilitytobuildprocurementresourceplansandmanagemultipleprojectprioritiessimultaneously.
- Excellentstakeholderengagementandexecutivecommunicationskills.
- Experienceleadingsuppliernegotiationsandmanagingcomplexcommercialagreements.
- StrongexperienceleadingprocurementactivitiesacrossmajorCAPEX,engineering,andinfrastructureprojects.
- Expertiseinsourcingstrategy,supplier management,andcomplexcontractnegotiations.
- Provenabilitytomanagecommercialrisk,procurementgovernance,andprojectdeliverywithinregulatedenvironments.
- Excellentstakeholdermanagementskillswiththeabilitytoinfluenceseniorleadersandcross-functional teams.
- Strongcommunicationandnegotiationcapabilities,balancingcommercialvaluewithprojectobjectives.
- Strategic,collaborative,and solution-orientedapproachtodeliveringcomplexprojects.
- Bachelor'sor Master'sdegreein
Business,Supply Chain,Engineering,Procurement,Construction Management,orarelateddiscipline. - ProfessionalcertificationssuchasCIPS,CPM,PMPorequivalentareadvantageous.
