Jouw takenpakket:
- Input van de transportopdrachten;
- Je beheert de wachturen van de chauffeurs en controleert de rittenplanning;
- Veelvuldig contact met klanten en leveranciers;
- Een afwisselende functie met verschillende administratieve en organisatorische taken.
Jouw profiel:
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en je bent sterk administratief;
- Kenning MS Excel is een pluspunt;
- Je houdt van een afwisselende job;
- Uitstekende Nederlandse kennis en een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal;
- Vlot in de omgang en sterk communicatief;
- Je bent beschikbaar in flexibele daguren tussen 7 en 19u.
