Wat zal je doen bij Agristo?- Bouw je aan een hecht en sterk team door dagelijkse coaching en begeleiding
- Sta je dicht bij je mensen op de werkvloer en weet je wat er leeft
- Zorg je voor duidelijke verwachtingen en geef je gerichte feedback
- Begeleid je medewerkers in hun groei en ontwikkeling
- Breng je rust en structuur in de planning, taakverdeling en personeelsbezetting
- Houd je het overzicht en zorg je dat de logistieke werking vlot blijft draaien
- Volg je KPI's op en stuur je bij waar nodig
- Werk je samen met andere teams om processen op elkaar af te stemmen
- Neem je initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren en resultaten te versterken
