Ben jij een organisatietalent met feeling voor logistiek? In deze rol zorg je voor een vlotte planning en opvolging van transporten. Je bent de schakel tussen chauffeurs, partners en interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct en efficiënt verloopt.
- Je organiseert en plant dagelijks transporten (interne chauffeurs en externe partners).
- Je stemt ritten af voor de volgende dag en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met alle betrokkenen.
- Je zorgt dat transportdocumenten tijdig en correct beschikbaar zijn.
- Je volgt manco’s op en communiceert oplossingen naar klanten en collega’s.
- Je stuurt flexibel bij last-minute wijzigingen in de planning.
- Je verwerkt en controleert administratieve opvolging zoals facturatie, rij- en rusttijden en truck-wash.
- Je plant retourvrachten en occasionele ophalingen bij leveranciers in.
