Warehouse Logistics Employee (day shift) What is your challenge?

Every day, you will contribute to the production and logistics flow of sun protection textiles at one of Europe's largest players in this field. Each fabric is unique—fully customized to the customer's specifications—and is shipped to manufacturers of sun protection systems with the highest quality and delivery reliability. In this role, you will ensure an efficient flow of goods from A to Z: from receiving and buffering fabric rolls to collecting, packing, and preparing our fabrics for shipment.

In addition, you will monitor order and tidiness in the warehouse and closely track the necessary documents and stocks. As a team player, you will be able to work in a versatile manner and combine different tasks, making you an important link in our production and logistics process.

• helping to load and unload trucks
• Receiving, buffering, and loading fabric rolls in the automated warehouse
• collect and prepare cloths for shipping
• Collect screen cloths and pack them ready for shipping
• monitoring order and tidiness in warehouses
• prepare or collect necessary documents (packing lists, delivery notes, etc.)
• monitoring stocks of auxiliary raw materials

Do you have ...?

• A third-level BSO or TSO diploma, or equivalent relevant experience?
• Initial experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (advantage)?
• Do you have a forklift and/or reach truck certificate, or would you like to obtain one?

Sunconfex has one manufacturing site and a distribution company in Ypres (Sunconfex bv, Solaye Fabrics) and a second production facility in Germany (Sunconfex Leipheim GmbH).

The vacancy for Logistics Warehouse Employee Day Shift is for our site in Ypres (Belgium).

For the day shift, we work a standard hourly schedule of 37.5h/week. Where you will build up extra recup in the high season. To compensate, you can of course take recup in our off-season.

In addition, you will receive a meal voucher of 8 euros per working day (1.09 euro own contribution).
