As a Maintenance Operations Specialist you play a key role in keeping our maintenance operations running smoothly. You provide advanced electrical troubleshooting support and serve as a bridge between operations and engineering. You drive continuous improvement by optimizing asset performance, contributing to technical projects, and promoting best‑practice maintenance standards. With your hands‑on mindset and sharp eye for improvement, you will help safety, quality and operational excellence while supporting the team in their technical development.
Whatwill be your responsibilities?
- You ensure compliance with QHSE & Energy standards and take proactive action to improve safety and quality.
- You develop maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans in cooperation with the Maintenance Operations Assistant, ensuring minimal downtime.
- You manage external contractors coming into the facility, ensuring work meets safety standards, deadlines, and quality expectations.
- You track equipment performance and use KPIs to identify improvements.
- You provide technical support for complex electrical troubleshooting and are available to support the production team with urgent breakdowns during weekend.
- You make quick, safe decisions during breakdowns to limit production impact and report issues promptly.
- You help develop technical skills of the team members

, sharing updates on performance, issues and improvement opportunities.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Automatisation or Electronics.
- You have experience in electrical troubleshooting, experience with PLC is a plus.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, tackling technical and operational challenges.
- You communicate clearly and report effectively to internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- You speak French and English.
