Als productieplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en optimaliseren van de productieplanning over meerdere sites. Je stemt dagelijks af met verschillende interne diensten en zorgt ervoor dat levertermijnen haalbaar blijven zonder de efficiëntie uit het oog te verliezen.
- Je verzamelt en analyseert informatie rond leverdata, capaciteit en beschikbare middelen.
- Je plant productieorders rekening houdend met machines, personeel, materialen en logistieke factoren.
- Je bewaakt deadlines en stuurt bij waar nodig bij dringende orders of herproducties.
- Je detecteert mogelijke knelpunten en werkt samen met leidinggevenden om oplossingen te implementeren.
- Je optimaliseert de bezettingsgraad van machines door slimme planning en het beperken van omsteltijden.
- Je onderhoudt nauw contact met onderhoud en kwaliteit om een vlot productieproces te garanderen.
- Je controleert productiegegevens en zorgt voor een correcte registratie in het ERP-systeem.
