- Work in a clean, climate-controlled, high-tech environment
- Operate state-of-the-art CNC grinding equipment

- Set up, program, and operate CNC tool & cutter grinders
- Manufacture and resharpen high-performance cutting tools
- Work with advanced machines (Walter, ANCA, Rollomatic, or similar)
- Continuously improve processes and uphold the highest quality standards
- Proven experience with CNC tool/cutter grinding
- Ability to program and optimize grinding operations
- Strong attention to detail and pride in precision work
