Jouw uitdaging
Als Productie Supervisor ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol verloopt en stuurt een team van een tiental medewerkers aan.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden- Leiding geven aan de productieafdeling en coachen van een team
- Opvolgen en realiseren van de productieplanning.
- Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid, efficiëntie en productiviteit.
- Coördineren van de interne logistieke processen.
- Organiseren en plannen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden in functie van de productie.
- Analyseren en optimaliseren van productie-, logistieke en operationele processen.
- Opvolgen van productierapporteringen en KPI's.
- Sensibiliseren van medewerkers rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde & netheid.
- Actief samenwerken met het managementteam en fungeren als back-up waar nodig.
