Overview
We zoeken een polyvalent en flexibel inzetbare collega, met goesting om in verschillende afdelingen te werken en een hart voor onze mensen.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Je leidt een team maatwerkers, die actief zijn in onze enclaves (Modular, PDC, Arlu, Ardo, Westvlees, Mulder).
- Je wordt ingezet in verschillende enclaves en springt dus in waar nodig.
- Je begeleidt de medewerkers uit je team en zorgt dat ze zich goed voelen in hun job.
- Je verdeelt het werk, houdt overzicht over de personeelsbezetting, en werkt mee waar nodig.
- Je houdt rekening met rendement, veiligheid, kwaliteit, ergonomie en psychosociale aspecten. Op die manier bekom je een goed product én tevreden werknemers.
- Je communiceert met de opdrachtgever of de direct leidinggevende.
