Qualified Plastic Injection Operator; M​/F

FERONYL is specialized in manufacturing components and sub-assemblies in polymers, composites, multi-materials and injection moulding. Established in Mouscron since 1950, FERONYL is well-known in the civil engineering, defense, aeronautics, medical, transport and industrial sectors.

FERONYL is looking for an operator who will be in charge of operating the machines and checking the parts according to a control plan.

• You have a background in plastics processing: BTS or equivalent through experience.
• You have some knowledge in electricity and/or in mechanics.
• You know how to read a plan or industrial drawing.
• You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
• You want to be part of a growing company that offers interesting working conditions.

• Managing the injection moulding machines, supplying the equipment with components.
• Carrying out cleaning and first level maintenance.
• Carrying out a pre-diagnosis in the event of a fault.
• Modifying certain adjustment parameters in order to optimize the quality of the parts produced.
• Ensuring the start-up of production if necessary & production monitoring.
• Ensuring and recording quality controls.
