Location: Town of Belgium
SITE MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE LEADER MISSION
- To drive the daily pursuit of operational excellence that focusses on a continual progress in order to achieve the business challenges in the best way.
- Animate and lead the deployment of POMS (Plastic Omnium Manufacturing System) in the plant to drive continuous improvement resulting in a visible global efficiency on the shopfloor
- Participate in the POMS network
- Boost improvement in multiple domains:
Productivity, SMED, 5S, VSM, layout, stock reduction, TPM, visual management, … - Be the reference in terms of Lean.
- Engineer or equal by experience
- Preferably some years of experience in lean manufacturing or production
- Open, creative, analytical mindset
- Good communicator and influencer
