What can you expect? Here’s what you’ll do:
- Co-own the Operational Excellence program for the site, focusing on building a strong continuous improvement culture and developing Lean & 6sigma capabilities across the organization.
- Provide training, coaching and development of Lean and 6sigma capabilities, including:
- Support the selection of green belt trainees and projects, help organize GB training in collaboration with our J&J partners, coaching and review of Green Belt projects to support certification
- Deliver basic statistics training and support teams with questions related to DMAIC, data analysis and structured problem‑solving
- Optimize and maintain templates and tools
- Educate, coach and lead OpEx deployment leads in operational departments
- Lead complex Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects requiring Black Belt-level expertise, supporting strategic objectives of the organization, such as:
- Cost optimization
- Lead time reduction
- Deviation reduction
- Scheduling and shift regime optimization
- Cleanroom efficiency improvements
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for advanced statistics and data analysis questions
- Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including 5S, standard work, visual management, Kanban, Pareto analysis and others, to structure and improve initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers across the organization
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Black Belt certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Operations environment, of which 3 years of experience in Pharma
- Experience in lean process optimization tools: black belt certified
- Experience in 6sigma problem solving methodology and tools: green belt certified
- Knowledge and experience in human factors are a plus
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Dutch is a plus
