OPEX Project Manager

What can you expect? Here’s what you’ll do:

• Co-own the Operational Excellence program for the site, focusing on building a strong continuous improvement culture and developing Lean & 6sigma capabilities across the organization.
• Provide training, coaching and development of Lean and 6sigma capabilities, including:
  • Support the selection of green belt trainees and projects, help organize GB training in collaboration with our J&J partners, coaching and review of Green Belt projects to support certification
  • Deliver basic statistics training and support teams with questions related to DMAIC, data analysis and structured problem‑solving
  • Optimize and maintain templates and tools
• Educate, coach and lead OpEx deployment leads in operational departments
• Lead complex Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects requiring Black Belt-level expertise, supporting strategic objectives of the organization, such as:
  • Cost optimization
  • Lead time reduction
  • Deviation reduction
  • Scheduling and shift regime optimization
  • Cleanroom efficiency improvements
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for advanced statistics and data analysis questions
• Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including 5S, standard work, visual management, Kanban, Pareto analysis and others, to structure and improve initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers across the organization

• Minimum bachelor degree
• Black Belt certification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Operations environment, of which 3 years of experience in Pharma
• Experience in lean process optimization tools: black belt certified
• Experience in 6sigma problem solving methodology and tools: green belt certified
• Knowledge and experience in human factors are a plus

• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of Dutch is a plus
