Als operator hou je vanuit de controlekamer overzicht en controle op de machines in een voedingsverwerkend bedrijf.
- Overzicht en controle op de machines vanuit de controlekamer.
- Stalen nemen van de groenten en correct instellen van installaties.
- Het proces bijsturen waar nodig.
- Bij storingen eerst zelf proberen op te lossen.
- Periodieke reiniging van machines en omgeving.
- Indien gewenst vrachtwagens verplaatsen op de koer.
- Administratieve taken (ongeveer 10% van de werktijd).
