As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between our Product Development and commercial teams, ensuring alignment from concept to market. You will shape and execute the global marketing strategy for proton therapy awareness and IBA’s Proteus product line, partnering closely with specialists in marketing, sales, product management, research & development, and clinical solutions. Success in this role calls for a deep understanding of our technologies and market dynamics, combined with creativity and outstanding communication skills to deliver compelling, impactful messaging.
ChallengesWe Trust You With Strategic Marketing & Messaging
- Define and promote IBA’s unique value proposition and differentiators within a competitive landscape
- Adapt messaging for diverse audiences (clinical, technical, and economic stakeholders)
- Support new product features and contribute commercial insights to the product roadmap
- Create evidence‑based marketing materials supported by clinical data and customer outcomes
- Develop impactful sales tools and visuals that reinforce our claims and drive commercial success
- Align the global commercial team on product positioning through training and consistent communication
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Contribute to global marketing initiatives: digital campaigns, events, trade shows, and content marketing
- Ensure all marketing deliverables align with corporate branding and communication guidelines
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers and industry stakeholders
- Report on activities and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Master's degree in Science or Engineering
- 5–10 years’ experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related industry
- Proven success in product marketing and/or product management
- Proficient in digital tools such as Office and Adobe
- Comfortable working in an international environment with up to 20% travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- A team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
