THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand communication and content initiatives that strengthen brand equity, engage adult consumers, and drive market share growth within the SFP portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Commercial, Legal, EA, CX, and Digital teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of communication assets across all channels and touchpoints.

You will contribute to the adaptation and rollout of global brand assets to local market needs, support trade marketing and retail activation initiatives, and coordinate with external agencies to deliver creative and executional excellence. Through performance tracking, market analysis, and KPI monitoring, you will continuously optimize campaign effectiveness while ensuring full alignment with PMI policies, regulatory standards, and the global brand strategy.

  • Execute brand communication initiatives aligned with SFP strategic objectives and brand positioning guidelines.
  • Adapt global communication assets to local market needs across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Support the design and implementation of trade marketing and retail activation plans to enhance visibility and performance in trade channels.
  • Ensure all brand communication initiatives comply with local and international regulations, internal policies, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality creative and executional outputs.
  • Conduct market analysis and review D&A reports to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
  • Partner with Commercial, CX, and Digital teams to ensure seamless campaign lifecycle management and goto-market alignment.
  • Monitor campaign and content effectiveness through KPIs and prepare actionable performance reports.
  • Support budget planning, monitoring, cost control, and ROI tracking for communication initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to PMI policies, EHS standards, Marketing Code (BMR), and legal requirements related to smoking prevention.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 2+ years of experience in developing and executing brand or communication campaigns.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies or suppliers.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Solid understanding of consumer experience and brand management principles.
  • Fluent in English.
