We are looking for a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager
, based in Ukkel (Brussels), who is passionate about marketing, digitally savvy, and skilled at building strong relationships. If you enjoy creating impact through strategic marketing initiatives and close collaboration with partners, this role is for you. #LI-JB10

What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies by identifying target markets, analyzing competitors, and defining strong value propositions for channel partners.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Commercial Excellence, and Sales) to build and implement joint marketing plans, including campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Analyze channel performance and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities (including events) using KPIs such as business performance, delta price, and ROI, while keeping an eye on market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
    , supporting their growth and engagement.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives by working closely with partners to increase awareness and co‑create sustainability programs based on available tools and trainings.
  • Be an active member of the Channel Marketing & eCommerce team
    , with responsibility for the Distribution and Electrician channels in Belgium.
Who you are
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
    , both written and spoken.
  • You hold a bachelor or a master degree in Commercial Economics, International Marketing, Management, or a related field
    .
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have strong analytical skills to interpret market developments, assess channel impact, and leverage data to drive improvements — combined with creativity to develop innovative solutions.
  • You communicate clearly and consistently, enabling strong, trust‑based partner relationships.
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment
    .
  • You hold a Category B driver’s license
    .
