As Performance Marketeer you manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns that drive lead generation and conversions. Data insights and creative testing are your daily tools.
What you will be doingCampaign management and optimization
- Set up, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In and more.
- Continuously monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Test and refine ad creatives, targeting and bidding strategies.
- Track key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Generate clear reports with actionable insights for the team and stakeholders.
- Use A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
- Contribute to broader marketing strategy with performance insights.
- Proven experience with paid social and search platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data tools.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven attitude.
- Up to date with platform changes and best practices.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Ownership of large international media budgets.
