OJC Kompas zoekt een gemotiveerde projectmedewerker evenementen die de motor achter onze werking wordt. Je organiseert en co4f;rdineert evenementen van A tot Z en zorgt voor een sterke uitvoering. Je werkt samen met vrijwilligers, artiesten en leveranciers om onze creatieve jongerenplek te laten bruisen.
Je hebt een hart voor muziek, cultuur en jongeren, bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt meerdere projecten tegelijk managen. Avond- en weekendwerk is mogelijk en vormingen zijn welkom.
