Vlotter wervt een Meewerkend Begeleider Maatwerk voor de afdeling Enclave. Je leidt een kleine groep maatwerkers op de werkvloer en voert diverse opdrachten uit zoals (her) verpakking, stickeren, sorteren, laden en lossen van containers en orderpicking.
Je plant en coacht actief, registreert werkzaamheden en signaleert problemen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en rapporteert aan de afdelingsverantwoordelijke en de klant. Er is ruimte voor afwisseling en een klantgerichte aanpak.
