Goal:

The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the highest standards of quality and reliability are being followed in products, production processes and in way of working.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure adherence to specifications, standards, and customer expectations.

* Investigate and analyze defects or deviations from product specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

* Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, testing protocols, and inspection results, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

* Develop and track key quality metrics to measure and communicate the effectiveness of quality control processes.

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

* Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years in Camera Manufacturing industry

* English

* Communication skills

* Internal auditor certificate (is a plus)

* Thorough knowledge of quality management systems

* Masters problem solving techniques (8D, QRQC, ...)
