As Junior QC Investigation Support Consultant, you will be part of the release team supporting safe, efficient and compliant analytical operations linked to the release of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates and finished products. You will coordinate investigations and deviations while ensuring timely release activities in collaboration with QC teams, planning and QA. The role also includes coaching analysts, supporting quality improvements, participating in multidisciplinary investigations and maintaining a strong laboratory quality culture aligned with cGMP requirements.
Keyresponsibilities
- Investigation coordination:
Manage and coordinate QC investigations supporting timely product release. - Deviation management:
Support deviation handling, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation. - Analyst coaching:
Guide analysts during investigation testing and deviation interpretation activities. - Reporting activities:
Prepare detailed investigation reports with structured corrective actions. - Cross functional collaboration:
Work closely with QA, production and planning stakeholders. - Quality culture support:
Promote compliance, laboratory organisation and continuous improvement initiatives. - Inspection readiness:
Represent QC activities during audits and inspections when required. - Improvement projects:
Support initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency and customer engagement. - Laboratory standards:
Maintain structured laboratory operations using 5S and 6S principles.
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry or equivalent scientific experience.
- Knowledge of cGMP, GMP, EH and S and local regulatory requirements.
- Experience with quality systems, deviations and change control processes.
- Familiarity with QC analytical methods and laboratory testing equipment.
- Proactive and hands on mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to maintain overview and structure within complex environments.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Previous exposure to regulated laboratory environments is a plus.
