Our client is seeking a QA Specialist to support quality systems related to document management and training administration within a regulated healthcare environment. The role focuses on the administration, coordination and continuous improvement of document management and learning management systems.
You will support controlled document life cycles, training records, user access management, compliance activities, archiving processes and quality system support while ensuring adherence to GMP requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate controlled document life cycles and maintain document workflows.
- Act as business administrator for document management and training systems.
- Provide first line support and resolve system related user questions.
- Organise and deliver training for new system users.
- Support user access requests and approval processes.
- Manage issuance, retention and retrieval of quality records.
- Maintain accurate employee training files and records.
- Track training completion and support GxP training activities.
- Identify system issues and recommend process enhancements.
- Assist with internal audits, inspections and compliance readiness activities.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline or equivalent experience. - Industry
Experience:
One to three years of experience within a pharmaceutical environment. - Quality Systems:
Experience with document management or learning management systems is a plus. - GMP Knowledge:
Familiarity with GMP requirements and regulated environments. - Communication
Skills:
Able to understand, read and write English effectively. - Organisational
Skills:
Strong planning, coordination and prioritisation abilities. - Attention to Detail:
Accurate approach to documentation and record management. - Flexibility:
Able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. - Language
Skills:
Knowledge of Dutch is a plus. - Compliance Mindset:
Commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement.
